Calbayog Lensman's Photo Scores Grandfinalist in PAGCOR Photography Contest
The photo entry titled “Tara Mag Relax Tayo” by Joel Manadong wins recognition as one of the grand finalists in the Conventional Category of Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation’s (PAGCOR) Photography contest. It is the only entry from Eastern Visayas that made it to the grand finals.
