SAMELCO I Says ₱26/kWh September Power Rate Is Not Yet Final
The projected ₱26 per kilowatt-hour electricity rate for SAMELCO I consumers this September is not yet final. The cooperative says the actual rate could potentially fall below ₱15/kWh following the ERC's implementation of a regional secondary price cap on the wholesale electricity spot market.
